Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

We partner with reputable courier services (e.g., DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, India Post, etc.) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Standard Shipping: The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Express Shipping (if available at your location): Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after dispatch. (Note: You can offer this as an optional, paid upgrade.)

Shipping Charges:

Free standard shipping on all orders above INR [e.g., 2000].

A flat shipping fee of INR [e.g., 100] will be applied to orders below INR [e.g., 2000].

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy
At Bansuri Boutique, we take immense pride in offering you exquisite sarees. We understand that sometimes, a product might not meet your expectations, or you may require a different item. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully.
1. General Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Blouse pieces that have been cut or detached from the saree are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customized or made-to-order sarees are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes sarees with custom fall/pico work, blouse stitching, or any other personalized modifications.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

For exchanges, specify the item you wish to exchange for (e.g., a different color/design/size of the same saree, or a different saree altogether).

Photos/Videos (Mandatory for Damage/Wrong Item): If your reason for return is a damaged or incorrect item, please attach clear photos or a short video of the defect or the incorrect item received. This helps us expedite the process. You must attach a 360-degree parcel opening video of our product. Without this "opening video," no refund/exchange is accepted.

Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your request is approved.
3. Return Process & Refunds

Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

Return Shipping Cost:

For returns due to damaged/defective product or wrong item received, Bansuri Boutique will bear the return shipping cost. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse the shipping cost upon receipt and inspection of the item (please provide courier receipt).

For returns due to change of mind, dislike of fabric/color, or sizing issues (if applicable for non-customized blouses), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Inspection & Refund:

Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check within 2-3 business days.

If the item passes inspection (i.e., is in original condition with tags intact), your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after the inspection is complete. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank's policies.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where a damaged or incorrect item was received.

4. Exchange Process

Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item for exchange is out of stock, we will offer a refund as per our return policy or store credit.

Exchange Shipping Cost:

For exchanges due to damaged/defective product or wrong item received, Bansuri Boutique will cover both the return shipping of the original item and the shipping of the new item.

For exchanges due to change of mind or desire for a different item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item. A nominal re-shipping fee of INR [e.g., 100-200] will be charged for sending out the new item.

Once your exchange request is approved and the original item is received and inspected (in original condition), we will dispatch the new item.

You will receive a new tracking number for your exchanged product.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Sarees with the blouse piece cut or detached.

Sarees that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
-
Sarees without their original tags and packaging.
-
Customized or made-to-order sarees (e.g., with fall/pico done, blouse stitched).

Items purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or marked as "Final Sale."

Gift cards.
6. Important Notes

Color Disclaimer: We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor variations, lighting during photography, and natural variations in fabrics, the actual color may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Such minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for free returns/exchanges.

Handloom/Handcrafted Products: Many of our sarees are handloom or handcrafted, which means there may be slight irregularities in weave, texture, or color. These are inherent characteristics of handmade products and add to their unique charm, and are not considered defects.

Proof of Delivery: We recommend keeping a record of your return shipment's tracking number until the return process is complete.

Abuse of Policy: Bansuri Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our return policy.
